Apparently, between 2004-2005, there was no disc sent with this purchase, since the "original factory image" is on the hard drive, in case there's a need to reformat the hard drive I got the exact same error. What's linked to winsrv.dll (ie what uses or depends on it)? Much obliged for your time.
