As for a list of state quarters, I've yet to see a comprehensive one. However, it looks as though the extra leaf Wisconsin quarter came from an honest mistake.
But, as mentioned earlier, unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of value currently contained in regular mintage state quarters.
